EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FUND FOR HORIZON AIR EMPLOYEES

The Emergency Assistance Fund helps Horizon Air employees who are in need due to medical or catastrophic events and who have exhausted all other means of assistance.
Loans are available to employees facing temporary, extraordinary financial hardship. Typically for $1,000 or less, loans are repaid interest-free through payroll deductions. Grants are available to employees who have experienced an unavoidable, catastrophic hardship.
The EAF is administered by a board of 11 employees, none of whom are officers or directors. Although designed to help Horizon employees, EAF is an independent nonprofit organization.
How Donations Work
