As COVID-19 continues to impact our community, the Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) is providing hunger relief services to our neighbors by building an inventory of emergency food boxes filled with shelf-stable pantry staples. By packing boxes ahead of time, clients can get the nourishing food they need, all without leaving their car. This new ‘drive through’ model of distribution helps to ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers and clients. Donations toward this project will help the Food Bank keep up with the increasing need for food assistance during this pandemic.
How Donations Work
