In 2020, The Contingent emerged as a DBA of Portland Leadership Foundation. The Contingent focuses on empowering leaders and mobilizing community for the common good. The Contingent has emerging initiatives such as the Social Mobility Project and The Oregon Cares Fund. Leveraging a rich experience in working with rising leaders of color, we are proud to partner with hundreds of businesses, higher education institutions, and nonprofits to raise up the next generation of leaders.
